We’re looking for an Insurance Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our fun loving team! As a valued member of our team, you will be focused on quoting and binding new auto and home insurance product sales in support of our growth initiatives while providing top of the line customer service.
We’d be happy to offer hands-on training and support to help you advance in your career here! We offer assistance with licensing for the right candidate.
Requirements:
- Active Personal Lines or P&C Insurance License is strongly preferred!
- Candidate must be skilled in using computer programs and must be very comfortable with using any and all types of technology (Microsoft Office applications, Zoom, etc)
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- People-oriented
- Great organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a team environment
Responsibilities:
- Selling auto, home, renters, boat or flood policy
- Strive to achieve monthly sales goals
- cold calling the leads and providing quotes to people
- Reliability and willingness to work independently
- Establishing customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
- Helping protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs/cross-selling existing customers
- Working with the team to establish and meet marketing goals
- Providing a positive customer experience
- Educating prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
- Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fairfax, VA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Insurance Producer License (Preferred)
