JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Minimum: Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology and Indiana SLP license required.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
Indiana SLP license required.
Certificate of Clinical Competence required or current plan in place to earn this certification.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum: Experience in Pediatrics as well as adult treatments required. Modified Barium Swallow testing experience required.
