We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will support patients in restoring mobility, managing pain, and improving overall physical function through personalized, evidence-based therapy plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, movement patterns, and functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications to support recovery
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current Georgia Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous clinical experience preferred; new graduates may be considered
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
