Konexus360 alongside a reputable OBGYN practice to find a skilled LPN or Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team. The ideal candidate will have clinical LPN experience and a passion for women’s health. What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments in the OBGYN practice, ensuring accurate documentation in EHR systems.
- Administer IV insertions and provide basic life support as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing sensitive patient information.
- Assist in critical care situations and provide support during medical procedures.
- Educate patients on health management and follow-up care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant LPN certification
- Comfort and skill with basic medical procedures, phlebotomy (blood draws) and IV experience.
- OBGYN exposure is a preferred, but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Experience with medical equipment like X-Ray machines and inhalers is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
