We are looking for a shift leader for part time or full time hours for our Beachwalk St. Johns FL store. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who have food experience, bring a positive work ethic to the job and know how to work. Starting pay is $15/hour + Tips. (average is $18.00-20.00/hr). Must be 18+ and have availability on mornings, weekdays & weekends. This doesn't mean you'll be working every Saturday and Sunday but probably one of them. Must be available during Holiday seasons. (Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years). If you don't meet these criteria, don't apply.
Qualifications- Staff training and management experience in the food industry- Proficiency in food service management and kitchen management- Strong supervising skills with a focus on team management- Previous experience in hospitality management- Premium skills in food preparation- Relevant experience in casual dining, catering, and barista roles

Who You Are: As a Shift Leader, you’re a positive and enthusiastic people-person, who may just so happen to have a passion for fruit, superfoods, and all things healthy! You will be responsible for helping new customers pick a superfood for them and using your own personal skills to create them. What You’ll Do:
- Managing team members
- Opening and closing of the restaurant
- Training new team members
- Ordering products from various vendors
- Coordinating marketing events and promotions
- Learning the operations of the store
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Manage time effectively and meet all job responsibilities
- Maintain a positive work environment for guests and staff
- Check products to ensure consistency, palatability, and flavor conformity
- Perform food preparation or service tasks
- Use point of sale cash register system
- Addressing any questions or comments that customers may have
- Take customer orders and assemble the orders
- Replenish supplies and condiments and maintain inventory
- Notifying staff of any food orders or food shortages
