Workforce Enterprises has a General Laborer Produce Tech position available at our client's warehouse located in Peoria, Arizona. We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Work in a controlled temperature environment, refrigerator and freezer areas.
- Scan barcodes to locate products in the warehouse.
- Handle materials with care to prevent damage during Packing and verify products efficiently for shipping.
- Verify that the packed products are correct and in good condition.
- Assist in inventory control by accurately picking, packing, and organizing products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
- Operate with care on warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks for loading and unloading materials.
Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
- Must be physically capable of standing, walking, and moving around for extended periods. Can lift more than 20 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic English Proficiency.
- Previous experience in the warehouse or as a laborer is preferred.
- Proficiency in using equipment such as pallet jacks is highly desirable.
- Able to work on the 1 AM Shift: weekdays and possible on Weekends Overtime has needed.
