As a Northern Cal Regional Program Director at JNCS:
You set the pace for our team that helps individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities live quality lives with dignity, independence and choice. On an average day, our Directors lead the way in demonstrating how our people can build relationships, support our staff and individuals to live safely in their own homes, and oversee how we support our clients in accomplishing their personal, educational, and career goals.
Your experience in the following sets the stage for a successful transition into a Director level role with JNCS:
- 6-10 years of experience in leadership progression in Health & Human Services
- Experience leading teams of supervisors and managers in the fast paced, field oriented business of one on one caregiving
- A Bachelor's degree in a field within Health & Human Services or Business Management
- A track record of strong leadership and management
- Fluency in the technology systems that help us get the work done- HRIS, Reporting, Training and Finance-
- Knowledge & experience in the Northern California geography and experience with the Regional Center structure in this geography.
