GENERAL SUMMARY:
Performs electrical and/or mechanical assignments while working from electrical schematics, BOM’s, layouts, and software. All activities are done in a way that represents Gasbarre Products in a professional manner.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Assemble panels from design layouts, bill of materials, and wiring schematics.

Run conduit and wire way per schematics.

Pull, label and connect wire per schematics.

Test and troubleshoot electrical components and systems as necessary.

Some local travel to and from customer facilities.

Report issues or improvements to Engineering and Supervision.

Communicate effectively and professionally.

Any other task or duty as required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Install, connect, and test general manufacturing wiring.

Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Ability to work independently or with a team.

Communication – written and verbal.
- Willingness to follow instructions.

Ability to perform all essential functions of the job.

Ability to operate forklift and overhead cranes.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Electrical degree or certificate preferred, but not required if 2 years of electrical work experience has been obtained. Familiarity with electrical systems, tools, codes, equipment, and safety procedures is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This job requires extensive amounts of walking, standing, bending, sitting, squatting, heavy lifting, and other physical activities.
