Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex residential construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules to track progress and milestones.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project flow.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify accuracy and adherence to design intent.
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to optimize cost control and resource allocation.
- Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained.
- Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction estimating software for project documentation, reporting, and cost analysis.
- Monitor project timelines closely to ensure deadlines are met through effective time management and project scheduling techniques.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain compliance with safety regulations.
- Facilitate project coordination meetings to keep all stakeholders informed of progress and challenges.
Experience
- 8-10 years of proven experience in high end residential construction management or a related field with a strong background in residential or commercial projects.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Extensive knowledge of construction estimating processes and contract management practices.
- Familiarity with construction site operations including safety standards and quality assurance procedures.
- Strong understanding of contracts, change management procedures, and project coordination techniques.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
- Construction site experience combined with a solid understanding of civil 3D modeling is highly desirable.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
