Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales - Outside Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for:
*Giving FREE inspections to homeowners
*Home solicitation/networking to bring in potential residential and commercial construction projects
*Working with homeowners in storm damage areas to ger free roofs from their insurance company
*Assisting homeowners with the entire insurance claims process, meeting with adjusters to identify and document damages and preparing an estimate for repairs
*Turning insurance approved construction projects or approved estimates into the production department
Qualifications
- A positive attitude & outgoing personality with the ability to develop great relationships
- An Engergetic and competitive spirit with a positive will to win attitude, as we are looking for individuals who want to grow alongside Arko Companies
- Comfortable with Sales Presentations and Consultative Selling skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Enjoy driving and traveling as we work all over the metro area
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the restoration or construction industry is a plus
- Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle required with up-to-date insurance
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- This is a 1099 position
