About the Agency: I am a long-term 3rd Generation Agent. I have been with State Farm for over 36 years. I love helping customers understand insurance and what they are spending their hard-earned money on when buying insurance. I'm looking for someone that can help grow my Agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
