Superintendent – High-End Residential Construction

With increasing demand for luxury residential construction in our region, we are expanding our team and seeking a Superintendent who will play a key role in our continued growth.

About the Role
As Superintendent, you will oversee day-to-day construction activities for custom luxury homes. Our clients are well-funded, highly engaged, and detail-oriented. Clear communication, transparency, and attention to detail are essential.
This is a job for a working, hands-on supervisor who will be expected to perform work in preparation for and along side sub contractors whenever needed. You must be comfortable with and capable of performing high quality work. Experience in the trades, preferably carpentry, is a must.
While the role can be demanding, it offers the opportunity to work on exceptional homes that few builders ever get the chance to build.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily on-site construction activities for custom residential projects
· Coordinate, schedule, and manage subcontractors across multiple trades
· Ensure all work is performed according to plans, specifications, and high-end quality standards
· Maintain a strong on-site presence and proactively address issues as they arise
· Communicate effectively with subcontractors, homeowners, designers, and other stakeholders
· Provide frequent and transparent project updates to homeowners to ensure alignment and avoid surprises
· Identify workmanship issues and ensure corrections are made promptly
· Be ready to pitch in and self perform tasks whenever needed up to the quality expected
· Travel as needed to job sites in surrounding areas such as McCall and Sun Valley
Qualifications & Experience
· Proven experience in residential construction, preferably custom or high-end homes
· Strong working knowledge of multiple construction trades
· Hands-on carpentry experience (framing, hanging doors, installing windows, ect)
· Ability to identify whether subcontractor work is being performed correctly and to expected standards
· High level of attention to detail
· Comfortable working directly with discerning homeowners and project teams
· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $71,940.91 - $86,638.52 per year
