We are looking for a part time (2-3 days a week and more seasonally) responsible Delivery Driver to deliver floral arrangements promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional manner to increase our customer satisfaction. As a delivery driver, you are the "face" of our company, so a pleasant attitude is always required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver floral arrangements to different addresses and through different routes
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
- Take excellent care of the flower arrangements, while in your care.
- Log all deliveries, as well as make notes regarding where the delivery was placed
- Driver is responsible for fueling vehicles on a regular basis, using card provided by company.
- Driver is responsible for routine vehicle maintenance, including alerting front desk when oil changes or other maintenance needs to be done.
- Perform odds and ends jobs, such as regular cleaning duties such as taking out the trash, sweeping, cleaning buckets, helping process flowers, etc.
- Physically able to lift and maneuver heavy and/or large sized arrangements
