What You’ll Do
- Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups on residential HVAC systems
- Clean, test, and inspect system components to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Identify potential problems and recommend appropriate repairs or system improvements
- Complete maintenance checklists and accurately document each visit
- Explain system conditions and maintenance recommendations clearly to customers
- Maintain an organized, fully stocked service vehicle
- Coordinate with dispatchers and service technicians when additional repairs are needed
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service during every appointment
- Follow company procedures and all applicable safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- HVAC maintenance or related mechanical experience preferred
- EPA Certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic understanding of residential HVAC systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas
