Job Description: E- Commerce Customer Specialist – Valworx, Inc. – Full Time - Mon-Fri 8AM – 5PM

Our E-Commerce Customer Specialist will play a key role in the continued growth and success of the company. The successful candidate will manage orders and inquiries from our E-Commerce Store and provide product and service support to customers and prospects.
A stable work history, references, an excellent work ethic and cultural fit are of primary importance. Industry experience is not required. We will provide extensive training and hands-on experience. We are looking for candidates who are willing to learn and are interested in a stable, rewarding career within a prosperous, small-company environment.
Position Requirements:
- College Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
- 5+ years’ relevant experience.
- Information technology experience to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, G-Suite
- Local candidates only
