As a Time and Attendance Payroll Specialist here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee time and attendance data, as well as resolving any discrepancies as needed. The scope of this role covers United States time and attendance.
This role reports directly to the U.S. Payroll Leader and follows a hybrid work schedule in Morris Plains, NJ.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Proficiency with time and attendance systems, preferably ADP Workforce Manager system
- Minimum 3 years' experience in U.S. time & attendance
- Demonstrated attention to detail, strong organizational and prioritization skills, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and recommend solutions
- High level of discretion when handling confidential employee information
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience supporting a multi-state U.S. workforce
- Knowledge of Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) requirements and wage-and-hour regulations
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Oracle HCM)

COMPENSATION
The annual base range for this position is $72,077-$90,067. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
