Well established company is looking to add an experienced Accounts Receivable person to their accounting team, as they are growing rapidly. This role is full time but starts out TEMP to HIRE. What will it take? You must have the ability to work independently, be a team player and thrive in a fast paced environments. You will also need strong audit skills, and accuracy and attention to detail are key. Daily duties will include recording receipts; processing incoming funds across various payment methods, such as checks, ACH, wire transfers, and credit card payments; manage and track payments through various third party payment portals; matching and applying receipts to specific customer accounts and individual invoice numbers. Must be good at balancing and auditing and be able to resolev discrepancies. Some client contact will be involved as you work to resolve billing and cash application issues.
