This is a permanent position that will require travel 2-3 days/week until project is finished in April 2027. The other 2-3 days per week will be in El Paso. Once complete, you'll have the opportunity to transition into your choice of regional offices (AZ, TX, or UT) or stay in El Paso, working on local projects while continuing to grow your career with long-term stability.
Responsibilities:

Support all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

Partner with the Project Manager and the Superintendent to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

Monitor, support, and assist with project schedules, cost control, RFIs and submittals, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer overseeing self-performed heavy civil construction.

Strong communication and planning skills

Proficiency in construction management software
- Willingness to temporarily travel to southern New Mexico.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
