Royalty-Based | Hybrid Studio/Remote
Eighti Republic is seeking talented Music Production Associates to join Eighti Campus, our music production and creative development program. This opportunity is designed for producers looking to build commercial credits while collaborating on real-world projects in sync licensing, artist development, and label releases distributed through ADA / Warner Music.
This is a build-stage opportunity for serious creatives who want hands-on industry experience and portfolio development.
Responsibilities
- Create original music for sync licensing opportunities.
- Produce melodic loop ensembles and drum compositions.
- Develop full production concepts for artists and media projects.
- Collaborate with producers, engineers, songwriters, and artists.
- Participate in weekly production sessions and creative workshops.
- Attend virtual and in-person collaboration sessions through Microsoft Teams and studio environments.
- Meet weekly production deliverables and deadlines.
- Organize project files and maintain professional communication.
Qualifications
- Experience with any major DAW (FL Studio, Ableton, Logic Pro, Pro Tools).
- Strong understanding of melody, rhythm, and arrangement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Professional attitude and willingness to receive feedback.
- Passion for commercial music and sync licensing.
- Portfolio or sample work required.

Compensation
This is a 3–6 month internship. Compensation is royalty and placement-based, with earnings tied to successful commercial placements and releases. Participation does not guarantee future employment but provides consideration for long-term opportunities within Eighti Republic.
