Job Description
As a server at Indibar, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding dining experience by delivering attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service. You’ll guide guests through our menu, make thoughtful recommendations, and ensure seamless coordination with the kitchen and bar.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
- Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations based on preferences.
- Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
Qualifications
- Serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail pairings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s and Arizona Title 4 Alcohol Certification.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
