The Practice Development Officer will be responsible for supporting the growth and operational success of wealth management practices at Cerity Partners. This includes facilitating new business opportunities, enhancing existing client relationships, driving marketing initiatives, and ensuring operational effectiveness. The role requires a strategic liaison with demonstrated expertise in client, colleague, and operational success as well as a strong financial background to uncover and unlock opportunities across our growing firm.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in wealth management, business development, practice develop ment, or a related role.
Strong understanding of investment advisory business models, financial products, wealth management principles, client relationship management, and industry best practices.
Deep k nowledge of control-side risk considerations, human resources policies, hiring best practices, and employee relations is a plus.
