Compensation: $110,000-$140,000 Annually, depending on previous experience
Beacon Hill's client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking a strategic and people-focused Talent & Culture Manager to help shape and strengthen a unified employee experience across a rapidly expanding organization. This highly visible role will serve as the steward of company culture, ensuring the organization's mission, vision, values, and behavioral expectations are reflected throughout the employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate combines big-picture thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in an environment where influence, collaboration, and relationship-building are key to success. This individual will partner with leaders across the business to foster engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and create meaningful employee experiences that support continued growth.

Lead and promote the organization's culture, values, and behaviors across all levels of the business.

Develop and implement culture and engagement initiatives that support a positive employee experience and strengthen organizational alignment.

Partner with leaders to reinforce cultural expectations, drive accountability, and create an engaging workplace environment.

Serve as a trusted resource to leadership on employee engagement, culture, and organizational effectiveness strategies.

Collaborate with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to integrate company values into recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning, and recognition programs.

Create practical tools and resources that help managers and employees bring company values and behaviors to life.

Enhance the candidate and new hire experience by ensuring a consistent, values-driven approach throughout hiring and onboarding.

Plan and oversee employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and culture-building events that foster collaboration and connection.

Support internal communications efforts by delivering clear, consistent messaging that reflects organizational goals and culture.

Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys and engagement tools, using insights to improve programs and strengthen workplace culture.

Track key engagement and culture metrics, provide reporting to leadership, and recommend improvements based on data and business needs.

Continuously evaluate and refine culture initiatives to ensure they remain effective, impactful, and aligned with organizational growth.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Employee Experience, Organizational Development, Culture, or a related area.

Demonstrated experience creating and implementing employee engagement, culture, or employee experience programs.

Proven ability to influence leaders and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization without direct authority.

Strong project and program management skills with the ability to balance strategic planning and execution.

Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities.

Experience integrating organizational values and behaviors into HR processes and employee programs.

Experience supporting organizations during periods of rapid growth, integration, mergers, or acquisitions.

Background building and sustaining culture across multiple locations or geographically dispersed teams.

Familiarity with employee recognition platforms, engagement survey tools, and HRIS systems.

Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or Prosci Change Management certification.
