Our Tennis & Pickleball Department is dedicated to providing an outstanding experience for members and guests. We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Tennis Pro Shop Attendant to join our team.
Position Summary:
The Tennis Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to members and guests, assisting with day-to-day shop operations, and supporting the overall success of the Tennis & Pickleball program. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Assist with court reservations, check-ins, and program registrations
- Process retail sales and maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked pro shop
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about programs and services
- Support tennis and pickleball events, league play, and daily operations
- Coordinate with professional staff to ensure smooth scheduling and member satisfaction
- Assist with basic racquet services (training provided)
- Perform light administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Knowledge of tennis and/or pickleball is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic computer programs
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
