Experienced Foreman - Concrete Finishing

Responsibilities:
- Lead concrete finishing projects with precision and quality.
- Prepare and form concrete according to blueprints and plans.
- Oversee pouring, finishing, and quality control processes.
- Train and mentor team members in all aspects of concrete finishing.
- Maintain a safe and drug-free work environment, adhering to company policies.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of concrete finishing experience.
- 1-2 years of prior foreman experience preferred.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and construction plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
