What you get to do:
- Review and understand bid manuals and repair details and performing site visits to understand the project details
- Estimate all materials and labor required for projects, assisting the Project Manager
- Assisting the Project Manager with Budget creation and implementation
- Qualifying potential material suppliers and subcontractors
- Create and organize project files, manage information through Construction Project Management software

- You understand construction plans and specifications
- You have a deep familiarity with Procore and billing in Procore
- You have estimating experience, OnScreen Takeoff preferred
- You’re competent in comprehension and understanding of safety and OSHA rules

- You communicate efficiently — your skilled at working with all personality types
- You like to be proactive and solve problems before they occur, evaluating what works best
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred but not required
- 5 years in a Supervisory role in the Construction Industry is required.
- Restoration projects preferred
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Successful background investigation
- Computer literacy
- Microsoft Office experience required
