Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Integration Specialist to support a client project involving Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Stripe, and AWS services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations between marketing, CRM, payment, and cloud platforms.
This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, data integration, marketing automation, and cloud-based architectures. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Configure and manage Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions.
- Develop and optimize automated customer journeys and campaign workflows.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Stripe, and AWS services.
- Support data synchronization and workflow automation across multiple platforms.
- Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and data pipelines.
- Troubleshoot integration and performance issues.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Document system architecture, integrations, and technical processes.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM integrations.
- Experience integrating Stripe specifically.
- Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and system integrations.
- Experience with SQL and data management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
