Coit Cleaning and Restoration is hiring for an Accounting Associate in our Louisville location providing support for multiple accounting functions.
- SALARY RANGE $52,000-$57,000 with a $3,000 Sign on Bonus
Coit is a growing industry leader with over 75 years in business. Looking for candidates with Day to Day Accounting experience. This exciting fast-paced position will be responsible for accounting activities, accounts receivable, payables, payroll and posting GL entries, assisting with the preparation of financial statements and budgets.
Must have working knowledge of how generally accepted accounting procedure (GAAP) related to accounting activites and the preparation and maintenance of records to ensure consistent and accurate recording of revenue and expenses.
This position reports to the Accounting Manager.
Requirements of the Position
- Associates in Accounting or comparable experience
- 5+ years day to day accounting experience
- Experience in managing workflow and staff duties
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Previous accounting experience in a mid-size company with multiple locations and multiple cost centers preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills needed
