First District Association is a dairy cooperative that manufactures wholesome dairy products from high quality milk supplied from our family farms located in Minnesota and Wisconsin. We are looking for several talented people like you to join our plant operations team!
Our Cheese Plant Operators work together to ensure our cheese barrels and blocks are assembled, capped, filled and packaged on our production line. Individuals may rotate through various responsibilities during their 12 hour shift. Responsibilities include assuring adequate supplies are available for the line, cleaning the various pieces of equipment and chambers, reworking product, completing log sheets and following all company policies for proper food safety and quality.
Our operators work 12 hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, days and nights rotate.
