## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with the menu and recipes, ensuring high-quality meals are served to our customers.
## Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Cook food according to food safety standards and established recipes
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages
## Experience is great but we an train
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant position
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
