We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicle systems with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems, including powertrain, electrical, suspension, and transmission.
- Repair and maintain vehicles by replacing worn or damaged parts, including engines, transmissions, suspension components, and electrical wiring.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and brake repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose complex mechanical problems on GM vehicles and other makes/models, ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Skills
- Proven dealership experience or extensive mechanic experience with a strong understanding of automotive repair procedures.
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics using advanced diagnostic tools and software.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including powertrain, vehicle suspension system repair, transmission system repair, and diesel engine repair.
- Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately for electrical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ADAS technology and the ability to calibrate or repair these systems as needed.
- Experience working with vehicle alignment equipment and performing vehicle suspension system repairs.
- Knowledge of auto estimating processes for accurate job costing and parts ordering.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professionalism.
- Ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment in a fast-paced environment.

We are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Vacation time after a year
Pay: $15.00 - $32.52 per hour
