REX Therapeutics, a dedicated rehabilitation provider, is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work PRN in our skilled nursing facility located in Winfield, IL.
REX Therapeutics partners with skilled nursing facilities to provide exceptional physical, occupational and speech therapy services.
Requirements for the Occupational Therapist position:
- PRN
- Illinois license required
- Physical Therapy degree required

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Functions under physician’s orders. Provides and directs occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, and completes related documentation and communication.
Common programs include: contracture management, transfer training, restraint reduction, wheelchair mobility, adaptive equipment for ADLs, home management skills, urinary incontinence, edema control, and splinting and/or orthotics.
Pay: $36.00 per hour
