We're looking for someone who enjoys creating order, taking initiative, and helping a household run smoothly so our family can spend more time together and less time managing daily tasks.
About the Role
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping a busy household run smoothly. This is a unique hybrid position combining household management, meal preparation, errands, organization, and three afternoons of after-school childcare each week. We already have a professional cleaning service, so this is not a deep-cleaning or traditional housekeeping position.
We're looking for someone who naturally notices what needs to be done, enjoys staying organized, and takes pride in anticipating needs. One day you may be grocery shopping, preparing dinner, organizing closets, or coordinating a repair appointment; the next you may be picking up the kids from school, helping with homework, or planning a fun afternoon activity.
