STORIGEN™ Literacy & Creative Engagement Facilitator The Lantern Collective™ — A Division of Arrival House Media LLC
Position Type: Part-Time / Flexible / School-Based
Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour
Minimum School Assignment: 2 paid hours per scheduled school visit
Location: Tampa Bay Area, Florida.

Our facilitators are part of The Lantern Collective™, Arrival House Media's facilitator development and training community.
About the Role
We are seeking energetic, dependable, and engaging individuals to facilitate STORIGEN™ programs in schools and community settings.
You do not need to create the curriculum.
Arrival House Media provides the program framework, lesson materials, facilitator guidance, training, and activities. Your responsibility is to learn the experience and bring it to life for students.
Depending on the school assignment, facilitators may work with multiple classrooms during a scheduled visit.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate structured STORIGEN™ literacy and creative-learning activities
- Guide students through storytelling, writing, discussion, and collaborative experiences
- Create an encouraging and respectful learning environment
- Follow Arrival House Media lesson plans and facilitator materials
- Help students build confidence in expressing their ideas
- Manage classroom activities, transitions, and student participation
- Communicate professionally with teachers, school staff, and Arrival House leadership
- Participate in required facilitator training and program preparation
- Represent Arrival House Media and The Lantern Collective™ professionally
Who We're Looking For
We welcome applicants with backgrounds in:
Education, Teaching, Tutoring, Youth Mentorship, Creative Writing, Storytelling, Theater, Community Programs, Camps, After-School Programs, Public Speaking, Arts Education, and Youth Development.
Teaching certification is welcomed but not required for every facilitator opportunity.

Compensation
Starting facilitator rate: $25.00/hour
School-based assignments carry a minimum of 2 paid hours per scheduled school visit, subject to the terms of the specific assignment.
Additional opportunities may become available based on program demand, facilitator performance, experience, specialty skills, and advancement within The Lantern Collective™. Training compensation and assignment details will be communicated during onboarding.
Growth Through The Lantern Collective™.
This isn't intended to be a dead-end workshop position.
Strong facilitators may have opportunities to advance through the Lantern professional pathway and become eligible for additional responsibilities, specialty programs, leadership assignments, and future facilitator-development opportunities.
Scheduling
This is a flexible, assignment-based role. Programs may operate during:
- School hours
- After-school hours
- Community programming
- Summer programming
- Special events
Amvailability requirements will vary by assignment.
Important
Because some assignments take place in schools or youth-serving environments, selected candidates may be required to satisfy applicable school, district, program, or background-screening requirements before being assigned.
