We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KindergartenTeacher to join our team. As a kindergarten Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development of young minds through engaging activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere for all children.
- Provide individualized attention to children, catering to their unique needs and learning styles.
- Engage in daily activities including storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play.
- Monitor children's progress and development, maintaining accurate records of their achievements.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Familiarity with special education strategies is a plus.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain an organized learning environment.
- Ability to educate children on various subjects while fostering their creativity and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in toddler care is beneficial for this position.
