ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2010 and has grown into a high-performing team of 21 across two locations. I began my career as a State Farm team member, participated in the aspirant program, and went on to open my own agency, building a strong foundation for growth and development.
We stay highly involved in the community through local business associations, Chambers of Commerce, and various networking groups, maintaining a strong presence in the areas we serve.
Our office culture is energetic, supportive, and growth-driven. I’m passionate about developing team members and helping them achieve their goals. We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions - someone who is positive, coachable, and goal-oriented, with strong communication skills and a desire to grow both personally and professionally.
