We are building a tight-knit, disciplined Back-of-House (BOH) team focused on high-quality execution, clean technique, and a great kitchen culture. The Role:
We are looking for a skilled and driven Sushi Chef / Sushi Roll Cook (PM/Part-time) to join our sushi bar team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality sushi, maki/rolls, and sashimi with speed, consistency, and beautiful, precise presentation. You will maintain a clean station and contribute to an efficient, structured workflow.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 1 2 years of experience in a high-quality sushi restaurant or high-volume sushi operations. Strong knife skills and experience with fish prep are highly valued, but we are willing to train candidates with the right drive and attitude.
Precision & Speed: Ability to execute rolls and plating accurately, maintain strict structural organization at the sushi bar, and work efficiently during peak service.
Reliability: Punctual, professional, and possesses a strong work ethic.
Team Players: No ego. We operate with a collaborative, respectful, and disciplined workflow.
