This entry-level Leadership Development Associate opportunity is designed for ambitious individuals who want to build leadership skills through real-world experience. Every Leadership Development Associate works directly with nonprofit client campaigns, develops professional communication abilities, and gains exposure to team development, fundraising strategy, and client relations.
What the Leadership Development Associate Does
- Represent nonprofit client campaigns during fundraising events and community outreach initiatives
- Engage directly with community members to increase awareness of each client mission and fundraising goals
- Support client visibility through professional outreach and relationship-building efforts
- Assist with campaign coordination and event execution tied to client initiatives
- Learn how client campaigns are organized, managed, and improved to achieve stronger results
