The Parking Supervisor oversees the parking operations at Great Park Live, ensuring efficient traffic flow, compliance with venue policies, and a positive guest experience. This role involves supervising parking attendants, coordinating with security and event staff, and handling any parking-related issues or escalations. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Supervise parking attendants and provide direction to ensure efficient vehicle flow and guest service.

Oversee parking lot operations, including setup, signage placement, and traffic control.

Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and venue policies.

Assist in resolving guest concerns, disputes, or escalations related to parking.

Coordinate with security and event management teams to ensure smooth ingress and egress of vehicles.

Train and mentor parking attendants, ensuring adherence to service and operational standards.

Report any unauthorized vehicles, safety hazards, or operational issues to the Operations Manager on-site.

Manage staffing levels for parking operations based on event needs.

Assist with emergency response and evacuation procedures as required.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of all parking areas.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in parking operations, traffic control, or event management required.

Supervisory or team leadership experience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.

Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Requirements:

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly wage: $24 to $27 per hour, depending on experience.
