Job description:
We are seeking an experienced, dependable Residential Maintenance Technician to complete repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of rental properties. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can work independently, communicate professionally with residents, and handle a broad range of common residential maintenance issues.
Position Overview
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for efficiently completing work orders for our rental properties. From basic plumbing and electrical work to troubleshooting common household issues, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our properties are well-maintained and our residents are satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders for property maintenance and repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs, including troubleshooting and fixing common issues.
- Address a variety of common home repairs, such as septic system maintenance, toilet and water heater replacements, pipe unclogging, HVAC duct work, and breaker issues.
- Change out light fixtures and perform other tasks related to household repairs.
- Conduct basic HVAC troubleshooting and identify repair needs
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols while completing repairs.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used for each repair job using our internal system.
Pay and Benefits:
Pay based on experience, starting at $20/hour. Bonus eligible role
Qualifies for paid time off and paid holidays.

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8 hour shift
Requirements:
· Driver’s license
· Clean motor vehicle record
· Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
· Perform physical requirements - must be able to lift 25 lbs - 50 lbs
