Responsibilities

- Support the cooking process by operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen appliances to adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Help with food handling and storage procedures to ensure freshness and prevent contamination.
- Support banquet and catering events by preparing large quantities of food and setting up serving areas.
- Buss tables and clear dishes promptly to maintain a clean dining environment for guests.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of kitchen procedures.
- Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Experience with banquet service, bussing, and general hospitality duties is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve customers courteously.
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices.
