CDL Class B Truck Driver
Lindsey Aggregates is seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Class B Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and experience operating heavy trucks in a construction or aggregate environment.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class B License
- Minimum 4 years of commercial driving experience
- Ability to safely operate an 18-speed manual transmission
- Clean driving record and driver’s abstract
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and comply with DOT regulations
- Willingness to work overtime as needed, including seasonal extended hours
- Strong attention to safety and equipment maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Safely transport aggregate materials to and from job sites and customer locations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and team members
- Assist with loading and unloading materials when required
- Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the aggregate, construction, or trucking industry
- Knowledge of local roads and job site operations
- Strong mechanical aptitude
