Duties
- prep, set up and break down the pantry station
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives, slicers, mixers, and other culinary tools
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations by adhering to strict sanitation and food safety protocols
- Follow menu plans accurately while adhering to recipe specifications and portion sizes
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate prep activities and ensure efficient workflow
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant
- Knowledge of food industry practices including food safety management, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
- Skilled in using kitchen equipment safely and efficiently with strong knife skills and slicing techniques
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen staff and team members

Pay: $19.99 - $23.00 per hour
