What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents
- Complete resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Communicate effectively with residents and families
- Support a culture of compassion, dignity, and clinical excellence
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts RN or LPN License
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Commitment to resident-centered care
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
