EverLights is building a high-output sales machine—and we’re looking for someone who can lead it from the front.
This is not a passive management role. This is a player-coach position where you are expected to produce at a high level while managing and managing a small team of SDRs.
This is a high-activity, outbound environment where your success—and your team’s success—is directly tied to execution, consistency, and accountability.

What This Role Is:
- 60+ outbound calls every day — non-negotiable (you lead from the front)
- This role will be responsible for our B2B prospecting in addition to B2C
- Setting qualified appointments for field reps
- Managing SDRs and holding them accountable to activity and results
- Coaching live calls, objection handling, and booking quality
- Rehashing leads, working aged data, and maintaining pipeline discipline
- Finding new lists for the team to call on
- Building and improving scripts, cadences, and outbound strategy
- Owning team metrics: calls, sets, sit rate, and close rate
- Tight coordination with field reps to ensure appointments show and close
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years of SDR,
- Per qualified held appointment
- Per closed deal
How You Get Paid
- Base salary of $45,000
- Per qualified held appointment
- Per closed deal
- Monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities

Who Thrives Here
- Competitive, goal-oriented and motivated by hitting and exceeding targets
- 3+ year of experience in sales, telemarketing, call center, or related phone-based role
- 1+ year of experience managing SDRs or inside sales teams
- Comfortable making high-volume cold calls and handling objections
- Clear, confident, and professional communication skills over the phone
- Highly organized with strong pipeline and time management skills
- Experience building or improving outbound sales programs
- Ability to be a player and coach to build others up around you
- Strong organization and time management skills; able to manage many leads and follow-ups
- Must be able to work on-site in Lindon, UT (this is not a remote position)
