In-Home Sales Consultant – Warm Leads Provided Location: Tampa, FL
Compensation: $60,000 – $250,000+ per year (100% Commission, No Cap)

Are you a driven in-home sales professional who knows how to build trust, run the appointment, and close? Whether your background is home improvement, roofing, solar, windows, remodeling, security systems, or other in-home sales, we want to talk to you. We are a fast-growing outdoor living and landscape construction company looking for motivated closers who thrive on performance and unlimited income potential. You’ll be running preset, confirmed warm appointments — no cold calling and no door knocking.If you bring the work ethic and sales mindset, we’ll train you on the product and process. Industry experience is a plus, but not required. The right attitude and drive matter most.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Run 2–3 preset in-home consultations per day
- Build rapport, uncover homeowner needs, and design solutions
- Present project options and confidently close deals in the home
- Follow up with prospects using our CRM system
- Represent a company known for quality, professionalism, and strong customer satisfaction
