Responsibilities:
-Generate base maps and construction prints for an engineering firm specializing in the design of fiber optic and wireless broadband networks
- Collect, analyze, and interpret geographic data using GIS software and tools
- Create and maintain accurate maps, charts, and reports based on collected data
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement GIS solutions for various projects
- Build and maintain GIS databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Provide technical support and training to staff members on GIS software and tools
Experience:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Geography, GIS, or a related field is A+
- Proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD or similar tools
- Knowledge of land surveying techniques and principles
- Experience in building and maintaining GIS databases
- Experience with Telecommunications or Fiber-to-the-Home designs is A+

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
