We’re now expanding into Savannah, GA and are seeking a driven, hands-on professional to help us build and grow our presence in this exciting market.
Position Overview
As the Sales and Operations Manager, you’ll play a dual role—driving new business development while ensuring exceptional service delivery. This position is ideal for someone with both sales acumen and operational expertise in the commercial cleaning industry.
You’ll be the face of Classic Commercial Services in Savannah—building relationships, managing client accounts, and occasionally performing cleaning services to maintain the highest quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development (≈65%)
- Identify and pursue new commercial clients in the Savannah area through research, networking, and outreach.
- Conduct in-person visits and presentations to introduce our full range of cleaning and restoration services.
- Demonstrate our capabilities with live service demos (carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning).
- Develop proposals and close new business opportunities.
- Maintain all client interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive recurring business.
Operations & Service Delivery (≈35%)
- Perform hands-on carpet, floor, upholstery, and water restoration services as needed.
- Create detailed work orders and oversee the technician team to ensure accurate, high-quality service execution.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction.
- Support scheduling, resource allocation, and other operational duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, ideally in a service-based or B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, floor care, and restoration services.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a small operations team.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- A motivated, self-starter attitude with a passion for growth and service excellence.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
