General Summary
This position oversees all solar projects to make sure they are delivered in a timely manner. The Project Manager for our Dallas location will assist our senior project manager in organizing our ongoing projects. They will create an exceptional customer experience while supporting all facets of the solar project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while functioning as the primary customer advocate. They will also directly assist the senior project manager with any duties or tasks asked to complete.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee solar/battery projects from post-sale to post-install with the support of the project managers and operations team.
- Manage, coordinate, and ensure they are delivering project milestones within the company- allotted timeframes.
- Aim to deliver residential projects in 30 days or less.
- Communicate across various disciplines, including but not limited to technical sales,
- engineering, permits and inspections, field operations, legal, accounting, and IT to ensure efficient workflow.
- Recommend improvements in operational efficiency
- Maintain relationships with HOAS.
- Maintain customer relationships and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Take our contracts to see detailed debriefs on the project management team that needs to be informed of the project.
- Welcome clients to the program, manage any expectations of the process with customers, provide and obtain layout approval, provide site plans to the customer, and weekly updates Review contracts for accuracy.
- Be available to internal and external customers and provide exceptional service.
- Handle customer conflict resolution with the support of management in a holistic and timely manner.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to communicate with the energy consultant and project management teams to provide scheduling and administrative support.
- Positive attitude with the ability to handle the workload of multiple projects.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Basic finance knowledge (companies, plans, etc).
- Knowledge of licensing/insurance requirements in the current state/territory.
- Must be a motivated team player with a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
