EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This role supports daily maintenance operations by guiding staff, coordinating work, and ensuring efficient facility functions. As a Corrections Facility Maintenance Manager 1, you will perform the following duties: Daily Operations: Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate maintenance activities across the facilityStaff Oversight: Supervise maintenance and trades staff and provide guidance, training, and feedbackProject Review: Evaluate assignment details, inspect completed tasks, and ensure compliance with safety standardsResource Management: Control tools, materials, and equipment while maintaining accurate inventory recordsReporting Duties: Prepare required reports and maintain personnel, budget, and operational recordsEmergency Response: Responds appropriately to emergencies after hoursInterested in learning more?
