Job Title: Collator/Machine Operator

A Shift: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM M-Th
$18.00/hour during training (usually 12 weeks)

As a Collator, you will play a crucial role in the final stages of our printing process. Your primary responsibility will be to organize and assemble printed materials according to specific job specifications. Key Responsibilities:

Sort and organize printed materials for collating.

Operate collating and finishing equipment.

Ensure all printed materials are assembled accurately and efficiently.

Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of production.

Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a printing or production environment is preferred.

Familiarity with collating and finishing equipment is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts.

Requires bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs overhead.
